2009-12-16	Introduce a centralized routine in Sema for diagnosing failed lookups (when	John McCall
	used as expressions). In dependent contexts, try to recover by doing a lookup in previously-dependent base classes. We get better diagnostics out, but unfortunately the recovery fails: we need to turn it into a method call expression, not a bare call expression. 2009-12-15	Update tests to use %clang_cc1 instead of 'clang-cc' or 'clang -cc1'.	Daniel Dunbar
	- This is designed to make it obvious that %clang_cc1 is a "test variable" which is substituted.
