2011-08-30	When writing out the entries in a lookup table for a DeclContext, make	Douglas Gregor

2009-12-15	Update tests to use %clang_cc1 instead of 'clang-cc' or 'clang -cc1'.	Daniel Dunbar
	- This is designed to make it obvious that %clang_cc1 is a "test variable" which is substituted. 2009-07-14	Fixes for a couple of things:	Argyrios Kyrtzidis
	- Declaration context of ParmVarDecls (that we got from the Declarator) was not their containing function. - C++ out-of-line method definitions didn't get an access specifier.
