2010-03-07	Don't turn off mangling in implicitly extern "C" system headers. GCC	Douglas Gregor
	doesn't do this on any of the major platforms, and we don't really support any of the platforms that do (nor will we actually handle those headers well). 2009-12-15	Update tests to use %clang_cc1 instead of 'clang-cc' or 'clang -cc1'.	Daniel Dunbar
	- This is designed to make it obvious that %clang_cc1 is a "test variable" which is substituted.
