2010-02-25When computing the composite pointer type for relational comparisons,Douglas Gregor
equality comparisons, and conditional operators, produce a composite pointer type with the appropriate additional "const" qualifiers if the pointer types would otherwise be incompatible. This patch implements the CallEnter/CallExit idea of Ted. Add two interfaces to GRSubEngine: ProcessCallEnter, ProcessCallExit. The CallEnter program point uses caller's location context. The CallExit program point uses callee's location context. CallEnter is built by GRStmtNodeBuilder.
