the @implementation (instead of the @interface) and actually add the ivar to the DeclContext (which we weren't doing before). This allows us to simplify ASTContext::CollectNonClassIvars() by removing ASTContext::CollectProtocolSynthesizedIvars(). instantiation. Based on a patch by Enea Zaffanella!
