copy the source buffers provided rather than referencing them directly, so that the caller can free those buffers immediately after calling clang_createTranslationUnitFromSourceFile(). equality comparisons, and conditional operators, produce a composite pointer type with the appropriate additional "const" qualifiers if the pointer types would otherwise be incompatible.
