2011-10-25	Introduce a placeholder type for "pseudo object"	John McCall
	expressions: expressions which refer to a logical rather than a physical l-value, where the logical object is actually accessed via custom getter/setter code. A subsequent patch will generalize the AST for these so that arbitrary "implementing" sub-expressions can be provided. 2011-04-07	Basic, untested implementation for an "unknown any" type requested by LLDB.	John McCall
	The idea is that you can create a VarDecl with an unknown type, or a FunctionDecl with an unknown return type, and it will still be valid to access that object as long as you explicitly cast it at every use.
