- Actually building the var -> capture mapping properly (there was an off-by-one error) - Keeping track of the source location of each capture - Minor QoI improvements, e.g, highlighing the prior capture if there are multiple captures, pointing at the variable declaration we found if we reject it. 2012-01-26Don't suppress access-control or invalid-type diagnostics from aJohn McCall
declarator just because we were able to build an invalid decl for it. The invalid-type diagnostics, in particular, are still useful to know, and may indicate something about why the decl is invalid.
