exception specifications on member functions until after the closing '}' for the containing class. This allows, for example, a member function to throw an instance of its own class. a type specifier and can be combined with unsigned. This allows libstdc++4.7 to be used with clang in c++98 mode. -Move the stuff of Diagnostic related to creating/querying diagnostic IDs into a new DiagnosticIDs class. -DiagnosticIDs can be shared among multiple Diagnostics for multiple translation units. -The rest of the state in Diagnostic object is considered related and tied to one translation unit. -Have Diagnostic point to the SourceManager that is related with.
