2011-02-01Allocate CodeCompletionString and all of its components in aDouglas Gregor
BumpPtrAllocator, rather than manually new/delete'ing them. This optimization also allows us to avoid allocating memory for and copying constant strings (e.g., "return", "class"). trap the serialized preprocessing records (macro definitions, macro instantiations, macro definitions) from the generation of the precompiled preamble, then replay those when walking the list of preprocessed entities. precompiled preamble as the "main" source file's file ID within the source manager.
