2009-06-08	Don't allow defining a block with a non-prototype type. Remove a	Eli Friedman
	hack which introduces some strange inconsistencies in compatibility for block pointers. 2009-05-29	Create a new PrintingPolicy class, which we pass down through the AST	Douglas Gregor
	printing logic to help customize the output.
