2009-09-24	Refactor the representation of qualifiers to bring ExtQualType out of the	John McCall

2009-09-21	Change all the Type::getAsFoo() methods to specializations of Type::getAs().	John McCall
	Several of the existing methods were identical to their respective specializations, and so have been removed entirely. Several more 'leaf' optimizations were introduced. 2009-05-29	Create a new PrintingPolicy class, which we pass down through the AST	Douglas Gregor
	printing logic to help customize the output.
