2009-06-30Remove the ASTContext parameter from the attribute-related methods of Decl.Argyrios Kyrtzidis
The implementations of these methods can Use Decl::getASTContext() to get the ASTContext. This commit touches a lot of files since call sites for these methods are everywhere. ___Block_byref_id_object_dispose and ___Block_byref_id_object_copy functions so that we can simply reuse instead of creating a new one.
