2012-12-04Sort all of Clang's files under 'lib', and fix up the broken headersChandler Carruth
uncovered. This required manually correcting all of the incorrect main-module headers I could find, and running the new llvm/utils/sort_includes.py script over the files. 2011-10-17Introduce ASTConsumer::HandleTopLevelDeclInObjCContainer which acceptsArgyrios Kyrtzidis
top-level declarations that occurred inside an ObjC container. forward declarations and the definition. - Eagerly create ObjCInterfaceTypes for declarations. - The two above changes lead to a 0.5% increase in memory use and no speed regression when parsing Cocoa.h. On the other hand, now chained PCH works when there's a forward declaration in one PCH and the interface definition in another. - Add HandleInterestingDecl to ASTConsumer. PCHReader passes the "interesting" decls it finds to this function instead of HandleTopLevelDecl. The default implementation forwards to HandleTopLevelDecl, but ASTUnit's handler for example ignores them. 2009-03-29Push DeclGroup much farther throughout the compiler. Now the variousChris Lattner
productions (except the already broken ObjC cases like @class X,Y;) in the parser that can produce more than one Decl return a DeclGroup instead of a Decl, etc. This allows elimination of the Decl::NextDeclarator field, and exposes various clients that should look at all decls in a group, but which were only looking at one (such as the dumper, printer, etc). These have been fixed. Still TODO: 1) there are some FIXME's in the code about potentially using DeclGroup for better location info. 2) ParseObjCAtDirectives should return a DeclGroup due to @class etc. 3) I'm not sure what is going on with StmtIterator.cpp, or if it can be radically simplified now. 4) I put a truly horrible hack in ParseTemplate.cpp. I plan to bring up #3/4 on the mailing list, but don't plan to tackle #1/2 in the short term. git-svn-id: https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/cfe/trunk@68002 91177308-0d34-0410-b5e6-96231b3b80d8

2008-05-31Added "InitializeTU" to ASTConsumer. This is used by Sema::ParseAST to pass aTed Kremenek
TranslationUnit object instead of an ASTContext. By default it calls Initialize(ASTConstext& Context) (to match with the current interface used by most ASTConsumers). Modified the ObjC-Rewriter to use InitializeTU, and to tell the TranslationUnit to not free its Decls. 2008-03-15Make a major restructuring of the clang tree: introduce a top-levelChris Lattner
lib dir and move all the libraries into it. This follows the main llvm tree, and allows the libraries to be built in parallel. The top level now enforces that all the libs are built before Driver, but we don't care what order the libs are built in.
