-Added ContextDecl (no TranslationUnitDecl) -ScopedDecl class has a ContextDecl member -FieldDecl class has a ContextDecl member, so that a Field or a ObjCIvar can be traced back to their RecordDecl/ObjCInterfaceDecl easily -FunctionDecl, ObjCMethodDecl, TagDecl, ObjCInterfaceDecl inherit from ContextDecl.
