2009-09-10static_cast, reinterpret_cast, and const_cast can all be used in C++Douglas Gregor
integral constant expressions (for conversions to integer types, naturally). 2009-09-10When performing unqualified name lookup into a DeclContext, also look intoDouglas Gregor
