make some diagnostics more terse, update testcases.

Fix Sema::ActOnInstanceMessage to correctly do things in terms of canonical 
types, fixing bogus errors like:

NSDistantObject.m:10383:120: error: bad receiver type 'typeof((id<NSMutableCopying>)self)'
