fix munge handling of $, ', "

clojure.core/munge no longer changes $ to _DOLLARSIGN_. Also, ' is now munged to _SINGLEQUOTE_ and " to _DOUBLEQUOTE_. This brings munge in line with java.lang.Character/isJavaIdentifierPart. Signed-off-by: Stuart Halloway
